Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end H-1B immigration operations for a staffing company, including H-1B transfers, amendments, LCA filing, Public Access Files (PAFs), and DOL compliance. Ensures all immigration processes are accurate, timely, and audit-ready, working closely with consultants, recruiters, HR, and immigration attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle H-1B transfers, amendments, extensions
-Prepare and file LCAs using the DOL FLAG system
-Manage actual, prevailing, and required wage documentation
-Create and maintain PAFs (one per LCA)
-Manage Notice of Filing / LCA posting
-Identify when H-1B amendments are required
-Coordinate with consultants, HR, bench sales, and attorneys
-Maintain trackers and ensure DOL audit readiness
Required Skills & Experience
-Strong knowledge of H-1B, LCA, and PAF processes
-Experience in IT staffing / consulting environment
-High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
