Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive portable compressor business in the Mumbai region. The role requires strong market understanding, customer engagement, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Understand client requirements and position KPCL portable compressor solutions effectively
• Convert competitor customers by showcasing technical and commercial advantages of KPCL products
• Track and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market strategies
• Conduct regular visits to end users, consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and PMCs
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth
• Handle techno-commercial discussions and close deals in favor of KPCL
• Ensure strong market presence through continuous engagement and relationship building

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep market knowledge with strong industry contacts
• Strong product knowledge, especially in screw and portable compressors
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand competitor products and position effectively
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach
• Team player with strong decision-making capability
• Willingness to travel extensively within the regio
