Hiring: Field Sales Executive / Manager | Real Estate (B2C)
Location: Chennai

Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive / Manager to handle end-to-end B2C real estate sales. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closures, along with maintaining strong post-sale customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities and events
- Meet clients and conduct site visits
- Present project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Handle objections and close sales
- Maintain post-sales follow-ups for referrals
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility
- 1 - 12 years of field sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales closure experience
- Willing to work weekends and travel to sites
- Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge
- Graduate in any discipline
Working Details
- Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
