Immediate Hiring For Executive/Senior Executive - Safety For Medak

Role & responsibilities

The Safety Executive shall:

• Have knowledge on Statutory requirements related to Safety, Environment, Boiler, PESO etc.
• Ensure that ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standard requirements are compiled and also organize the internal audits as per the schedule
• Support in the implementation of Companys EHS Policies, Standards & Procedures.
• Participate in the investigation of incidents to determine root causes
• Support shop floor employees while they carry out Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment.
• Coordinate with employees working in the shop floor to identify Short Cuts & Irritants in their day to day activities
• Carry out Safety Audits & Safety Inspections as per the published calendar & monitor implementation of corrective actions
• Follow up on Safety Alerts / Safety Initiatives shared within MRF.
• Conduct Safety Induction Training for new joiners in the plant
• Prepare Safety Training Modules for in-house trainings
• Assume the assigned responsibility in Emergency Preparedness Team during various emergencies
• Take overall responsibility to conduct Mock Drills as per the schedule
• Audit & Inspect expansion activities carried out in the plant
• Monitor various toolbox meetings in the shop floor
• Support in New machine Inspection & certification as and when required
• Participate during the development of Standard Operating Procedures
• Coordinate with external agencies during Testing & Certification of Pressure Vessels, Lifting Tackles & Tools and work place monitoring etc.
• Extend support for organizing National Safety Day, World Environment Day, National Fire Safety Day and other similar celebrations
• Have good knowledge on Work permit system and LOTOTO procedure
• Have good knowledge on Fire safety

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engg : (Mechanical / EEE / Industrial Safety)

Additional Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety Engineering recognized by Telangana State Technical Board.
