Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: As a Secondary Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at PBPartners, you will manage and support a portfolio of agents to help them achieve business targets. Your role will involve:

  • Connecting with assigned agents via tele-calling.
  • Building strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Meeting sales targets by leveraging agent partnerships.
  • Supporting agents in daily operations and productivity enhancement.
  • Assisting on-field Relationship Managers with partner coordination.
  • Managing channel partners over calls to achieve monthly targets.
  • Onboarding, activating, and training new agents.
  • Providing product and platform training (POS systems).
  • Gathering agent feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Addressing partner inquiries with timely and satisfactory solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Languages: Fluent in Telugu & Kannada (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate (Bachelors) or Postgraduate (Masters).
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong relationship management abilities.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
