Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: As a Secondary Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) at PBPartners, you will manage and support a portfolio of agents to help them achieve business targets. Your role will involve:
- Connecting with assigned agents via tele-calling.
- Building strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Meeting sales targets by leveraging agent partnerships.
- Supporting agents in daily operations and productivity enhancement.
- Assisting on-field Relationship Managers with partner coordination.
- Managing channel partners over calls to achieve monthly targets.
- Onboarding, activating, and training new agents.
- Providing product and platform training (POS systems).
- Gathering agent feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Addressing partner inquiries with timely and satisfactory solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Languages: Fluent in Telugu & Kannada (mandatory).
- Education: Graduate (Bachelors) or Postgraduate (Masters).
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
