Job Description: IIOT Application Lead

Role Summary

The Application Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade AI/ML applications, intelligent automation solutions, and digital platforms. The role requires hands-on technical expertise as well as leadership of development and AI engineering teams.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience

Location: Nagpur (work from office)

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Architecture

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications.
• Build backend systems, APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Manage the complete application lifecycle:
• Requirements Gathering
• Design
• Development
• Testing
• Deployment
• Support
• Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and security practices.

2. AI/ML & Deep Learning

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Create:
• Predictive analytics solutions
• Recommendation engines
• Computer Vision applications
• Intelligent automation systems
• Implement MLOps practices:
• Model versioning
• Monitoring
• Retraining
• Performance tracking

3. Software Development

• Hands-on development using:
• Python
• Java
• .NET
• Node.js
• DevelopREST APIs and integration services.
• Work with frontend frameworks such as:
• Angular
• React
• Troubleshoot production issues.

4. Data Engineering & Analytics

• Build ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Manage structured and unstructured data.
• Work with:
• SQL databases
• NoSQL databases
• Data Lakes
• Cloud Data Platforms
• Support reporting and analytics solutions.

5. Cloud, DevOps & Automation

• Work on:
• Azure
• AWS
• GCP
• Build CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployments and monitoring.

6. Enterprise Integration

• Integrate applications with:
• SAP
• ERP systems
• Develop middleware and API-based integrations.

7. Innovation & Transformation

• Identify automation opportunities.
• Explore:
• Generative AI
• Intelligent Automation
• Cloud-native technologies
• Develop PoCs and innovation initiatives.

8. Team Leadership

• Lead developers and AI engineers.
• Review architecture and code quality.
• Manage project delivery, timelines, and budgets.
• Build technical capabilities within the team.
