Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide production support for IICS applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical problems using tools like SAS, Informatica, and ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement corrective actions.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24x7 coverage.
