L2 Production support experience
Incident Management
IIB/ MQ / FTM / Unix / SQL
Should have experience in Dynatrace & log scale
Added advantage if have access on OEM ( Oracle Enterprise Manager )
JD:
Strong IIB/MQ skills with 3 - 8 years of experience.
Strong knowledge in SQL
Should have experience in Dynatrace monitoring tools
Should have known Unix
Should have known FTM
Strong knowledge of incident management
Creative ability to solve problems.
Excellent decision-making skills, production support decision making process.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are a must.
Working Hours: Monthly rotational shift (24*7 support)
Day Shift 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM IST
Afternoon Shift 1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST
Night Shift: 10.00 PM - 7.00 AM IST
