Job Description
- 5 to 8 years experience in MES implementations
- At least 2 full Ignition MES implementation project
- Excellent understanding on Ignition modules like Perspective, Web Browser, Alarm Notification, SQL Bridge, Tag Historian, Reporting
- Hands on experience in PostgreSQL, python scripting, Java
- Hands on experience integration with OPC server products like Kepware
- Should be able to help create design documents, test plans, test cases etc
- Should be able to implement, document and maintain the MES application as per design documents
- Should be able to writes and compile complex code and construct complex database objects based on design
- Should be able to assist in gathering information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements
- Should be able to assist in gathering and evaluating end user requirements
- Should be able to document, validate and research reported problems and assist in developing user training manuals
- Knowledge about PLC, Integration of different PLC s for shop floor data capture
- Should have Knowledge about MQTT modules used in Ignition
