IFD-RM/ Branch HEAD

Job Title: Branch Head IFD (Retail Wealth) and Sales

Location: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Lucknow, Varanasi, Chennai, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara, Bhopal, Indore

Experience: 2-8 years in Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Insurance, IFA/IFD channel empanelment & team handling

Department: Retail Wealth IFD (B2C focus)

Responsibilities:

• Lead branch as profit center head.
• Expand and retain branch team across location.
• Identify & empanel CAs, exbankers, wealth advisors, insurance agents, and finance professionals as IFDs.
• Train IFDs on digital platforms & mobile app for primary market products (MF, IPOs, NCDs, Bonds, Insurance, etc.).
• Drive IFDs to achieve sales targets on an ongoing basis.
• Acquire new IFDs and advise them on primary market products.
• Organize events to grow IFD business.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Insurance).
• Proven experience in IFA/IFD empanelment and channel management.
• Team leadership & business development skills.
• Excellent communication & relationship management.

Education & Certifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (mandatory).
• NISMVA certification (mandatory).
• IRDA certification (preferred).
