Role & responsibilities
Answering customer questions: Provide information related to product
Handling complaints: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
Providing guidance: Assist customers with problems
Communicating with customers: Communicate with customers through phone
Making appointments: Make appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer
Interpersonal skills: Be patient, understanding, and empathetic
Active listening: Practice active listening to ensure customers feel heard and understood
Effective communication: Deliver clear, concise, and timely information
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any stream, Post Graduates also welcome,
1 Year Experience in Customer Service with relevant Documents
24*7 flexible in shifts
