We are looking for a motivated and customer - focused individual to join our team as a customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities :-
Handle Inbound / Outbound customer calls.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and resolve in the given TAT.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and service skills.
Requirements :-
Good communication skills.
Strong Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
12th Pass, Graduate and Post Graduate all are eligible

Salary:- 17,000 - 22,000 per month Take Home Salary
