Role Overview :

As a Software Engineer Level 2, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications within our core product suite. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, including architects, QA engineers, and product managers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our platforms, ensuring that our global user base can navigate critical compliance workflows with ease and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize high-quality, maintainable code using C# and .NET frameworks to enhance the functionality of our core enterprise platforms.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces by leveraging TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to improve the overall end-user experience.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure seamless scalability and high availability across cloud environments.

- Implement robust cloud-native solutions on Azure to support the evolving infrastructure needs of our global client base.

- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies to facilitate agile development cycles and ensure timely delivery of high-impact software features.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to uphold engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using the .NET ecosystem and C#.

- Proficiency in modern front-end development, specifically in crafting dynamic interfaces with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Proven ability to architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Azure services.

- Practical experience in container orchestration and management using Docker and Kubernetes within production environments.

- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment, communicating technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team setup, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience in a product-based organization.
