IC&A SOX Program, Operations Analyst

Seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the Internal Controls & Assurance team across the end-to-end SOX audit lifecycle. The role focuses on program coordination, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful audit execution.

• Coordinate SOX audit activities across planning, testing, issue management, and reporting.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor audit progress and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and scripting tools.
• Support reporting, presentations, and communication for leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely closure of actions.
