Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain IBM Storage solutions such as IBM SAN and Linux-based storage systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to storage infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop documentation for storage configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in IBM Storage technologies (IBM SAN).
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system and its applications in storage environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues using various tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
