Senior Software Engineer Pune
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python development (both mandatory)
- AI/GenAI exposure – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI / AI Engineering
- IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) – Mandatory
- Experience with Relational Databases and/or MongoDB – Mandatory
Preferred Skills / Good to Have
- Experience with any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF)
- Automation experience
- JnAI experience
- Fraud Rules Engine / Fraud Strategy Development
- Financial Services / FinTech domain experience
- AI/ML implementation experience
Domain Requirements
- Fraud domain experience is good to have but not mandatory.
- Financial Services/FinTech domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates from other domains with strong technical skills and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 2+ years of AI/GenAI/LLM-related experience
- Strong software development background
- Preference for candidates who started as developers and gradually transitioned into AI/GenAI
Role Expectations
- Individual Contributor (IC) role
- Pure hands-on development role
- Build a new AI-driven ecosystem/platform
- Understand legacy systems and migrate/remap existing functionality into the new ecosystem
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills are essential
