DB2 Developer with hands on, should work independently.

IBM DB2 (LUW) - 8+
Scripting Language (e.g. Shell, Python) : 7+
Stored procedures, efficient queries, making use of Cursors: 7+
Database monitoring and Tunning using DB2 performance monitor, Event monitor: 7+
Exp in Reorg, Runstat, Rebind, Load : 7+
