Role Responsibilities

• Design and deliver conceptually rich, inquiry-led Mathematics lessons aligned to IB Upper PYP and Lower MYP frameworks for students aged 10 14.
• Implement formative and summative assessments that reflect IB s Approaches to Learning (ATL) and cater to diverse learning profiles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate transdisciplinary themes and real-world problem-solving into mathematical contexts.
• Use data-driven insights from assessments to differentiate instruction, close learning gaps, and accelerate student growth.
• Contribute to curriculum development, unit planning, and resource curation that supports conceptual understanding over rote learning.
• Mentor students in critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and collaborative problem-solving using IB s inquiry cycle (Tuning In Finding Out Sorting Out Going Further Making Connections).
