As part of this team, you will guide business teams in making decisions with connected data and establish metrics that drive business outcomes. The role provides objective, timely and relevant market information/analysis to facilitate the decision making of the company, monitor strategy implementation and overall business performance. You will coordinate Loyalty Identification analytics tasks for the organization, including creating effective strategies to collect data, analyze information, monitor key behavior metrics, and implement analytics solutions for the products or services to shape up a compelling CRM strategy. You will also generate insights and storytelling to guide business decision making.


What are we looking for?

5??8 years?? experience in data and analytics, with experience in handling databases

Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve CRM, marketing, and consumer analytics

Advanced knowledge of SQL

Strong expertise in data quality & metadata management across markets

Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to build dashboards and track governance KPIs

Experience with Excel

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration skills

Bachelor??s degree in business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

Familiarity with Databricks and/or Dbeaver

Knowledge of Python and Statistical modelling

Previous exposure to Marketing campaigns

Familiarity with FMCG or Retail domain

Ability to manage third-party vendors or agencies supporting governance and analytics initiatives


Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify patterns and trends in consumer data, translate them into actionable insights, and recommend improvements for marketing and operational strategies

Lead stakeholder collaboration across regional and end-market teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance initiatives

Analyze purchasing behavior in the consumer DB using SQL to measure the performance of the product portfolio

Automate reports through dashboards development or SQL codes to implement alongside the Data Engineering team

Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions and manage end-user reports with high-quality information, including actionable insights

Generate segments and monitor their performance over time

Participate in the design and execution of experimental analyses to validate hypothesis related to consumer behavior

Leverage the power of analytics to identify opportunities that drive business growth and enable decision-making
