Experience with SAP and Incident Management tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define and drive the automation and reporting roadmap for GPU Network BOM operations

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Python, RPA platforms, and AI technologies

Lead identification and prioritization of automation opportunities through process analysis and process mining techniques

Establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation development and deployment

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks that improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance

Build and oversee Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions, SLA reporting, and operational performance metrics

Drive implementation of approved Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across BOM operations

Partner with business and operational stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology-enabled solutions

Act as SME for automation, reporting, and AI-led transformation initiatives

Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and automation repositories

Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for operational and reporting challenges

Mentor and coach Analysts and Senior Analysts on automation tools, reporting techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies

Drive adoption of automation and AI solutions through stakeholder engagement and change management activities

Monitor and measure automation benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable and scalable process improvements

Provide technical and functional leadership for automation and reporting initiatives

Drive team capability building and automation maturity across the organization

Champion a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Influence stakeholders and leadership teams through data-driven recommendations and business insights

Ensure delivery quality, governance adherence, and successful execution of transformation initiatives
