IAM Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to assist in the implementation, configuration, integration, and operational support of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The candidate will work closely with IAM Architects, Security Teams, and Application Owners to deploy and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, PingID, and Microsoft Entra PIM solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

What You'll Do:

• Microsoft Entra ID Administration Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID tenants. Manage users, groups, administrative units, and role assignments. Implement and maintain
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Conditional Access Policies
• Identity Protection policies
• Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Support Entra ID integrations with enterprise and SaaS applications. Monitor identity health and investigate authentication issues. PingID Deployment Support Deploy and configure PingID MFA solutions. Integrate PingID with
• Microsoft Entra ID
• VPN platforms
• Web applications
• Remote access solutions Support user enrolment and device registration activities.
• Troubleshoot MFA and authentication-related incidents.
• Assist application teams during onboarding and testing activities.
