Job Description
- Ability to justify and quantify the day-to-day activity in Operational Support and Initiative Progress
- Hands on Experience with Sailpoint IIQ like developing or fixing workflows, rules, tasks, forms.
- Java development experience and scripting (shell)
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills along with documentation.
- Troubleshooting experience in SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, tasks and custom form.
- Strong communication skill and must be able to clearly explain via call or email.
- Must be able to generate on demand user reports, access reports from AD, Database or IIQ itself for Audit and analysis purpose.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and scan environment regularly to find out gaps, defects, error and document those.
- Eager to learn new technology and demonstrate progress and ideas.
