Job Description
Design creation, adaptation, and modification of Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HIC)
Drafting of valve components
Variants of existing products (e.g. new settings, painting, surface treatment)
MTTFd calculation according to ISO 13849 and company procedures
Coordination of product requirements / changes with client
Coordination of drawing, process, and quality requirements with the manufacturing plants
Build-up and maintenance of CAD libraries of cavities, ports, schematics
Creation of 3D files of new and existing designs
Creation, adaptation, and modification of drawings and specifications
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and templates
Data management (change management in ERP system)
Creating exploded views of new and existing designs
Knowledge of ISO / DIN (and Italian UNI standards), CE / EU Machinery compliance, ISO 25119, ISO 19014, ISO 13849, ISO 13849.
CAD Tools: Solid Works, Vest MDTools 985, SolidWorks Enterprise PDM and ERP / SAP/ Gamma interface
Experience : 5 to 8 years
