Hvac Site Engineer - Off Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise HVAC installation activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
• Ensure installation complies with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources.
• Resolve technical issues and provide support to site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, including work permits, inspection reports, and handover documents.

Required Qualifications :

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
