Hvac Site Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation and site execution activities at laboratory and cleanroom projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other site teams.
• Ensure HVAC work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Check HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and related installation work.
• Read and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth execution of site activities.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Be willing to travel and relocate to project sites anywhere in India as required.
