Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
  • Promote HVAC Products and solutions, including VRF systems, chillers, ventilation systems, air conditioning equipment, and AMC services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems such as VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation Systems, and Air Conditioning Equipment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Freshers with Mechanical Engineering background and interest in technical sales are welcome.
