HVAC Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor installation activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop detailed project reports on schedule status, budget variance, and technical performance metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all phases of the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or management.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical).
  
• Strong knowledge of chillers, cooling tower operation & maintenance; AHU/Air conditioning systems; ducting design & installation; heat ventilation air conditioning principles.
