Human Resources Specialist

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
2. Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
3. Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
4. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
5. Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
7. Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
8. Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance review initiatives.
9. Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software is an advantage.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
