Human Resources Manager

Requirements: MBA in HR with experience of more than 1 year. Experience of Production Unit will be an added advantage

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the organization's mission and goals.

• Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage and oversee employee performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including compensation and benefits programs, employee recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
• Manage and oversee employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
• Manage and oversee the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Proven experience in human resources management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
