Sanskar Construction is hiring an experienced Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage recruitment, employee welfare, site compliance, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage talent acquisition for engineering, supervisory, and corporate staff.
- Oversee attendance tracking, site staff records, and monthly payroll processing.
- Implement company policies, health safety regulations, and labor compliance.
- Facilitate onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee grievance resolution.
- MBA in HR or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration / HR.
- 2+ years of HR experience (construction / real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.
