Role Summary
The HR Service Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support services across various employee lifecycle processes. The role involves processing HR transactions, managing employee inquiries, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs, and delivering an exceptional employee experience through efficient case resolution and stakeholder management.
The associate will work in a global service delivery environment, leveraging HR systems and knowledge management tools to provide accurate, timely, and compliant HR services.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Transaction Processing
Process employee lifecycle transactions including:
Hire
Rehire
Transfer
Promotion
Compensation changes
Leave of Absence
Employee Data Changes
Separation/Termination
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
Maintain employee records in HR systems.
Validate supporting documentation before processing.
Case Management
Manage HR cases through designated case management tools.
Review and resolve employee and manager queries within agreed SLAs.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate stakeholders when required.
Track case progress and provide status updates.
Employee Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs.
Support employees through various HR-related requests.
Deliver a positive employee experience through professional communication.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and process guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Identify and report compliance risks or process deviations.
Support audit requirements and document retention standards.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Adhere to quality standards and operational metrics.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Update process documentation and knowledge articles as required.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate transaction and case records.
Generate operational reports when required.
Document exceptions and resolution actions.
Support governance and performance reporting activities.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
Experience
0-1 year of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, BPO, or Service Delivery environment with strong communication and analytical skills.

Readiness to learn and explore
1. Shift - 6 PM to 3:30 AM IST
2. Will be a hybrid model weekly 3 days in office
