Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 3-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, joining, and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets and SLAs.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Work India).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Prior team handling or managerial experience is an advantage.
