Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC, EMEA, and the UK regions. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for multilingual and operations-based roles, including Data Annotation, Content Moderation, AI/Data Operations, and other niche positions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Hire for global markets across APAC, EMEA, and the UK.
- Source and recruit candidates for multilingual, data annotation, content moderation, AI operations, trust & safety, customer operations, and other business-critical roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire and turnaround time.
- Stay updated with regional hiring trends, talent availability, and market intelligence.
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in global hiring.
- Experience recruiting across APAC, EMEA, and/or UK markets.
- Strong experience hiring multilingual talent and operations profiles such as Data Annotation, Content Moderation, AI/Data Operations, Trust & Safety, and BPO/Shared Services roles.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, X-ray search, and social recruiting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ITES/BPO, AI Operations, Digital Operations, or Shared Services hiring.
- Exposure to recruitment across multiple international geographies.
- Familiarity with international employment practices and hiring trends is an added advantage.
