Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Managing bulk hiring for multiple roles
• Responsible for sales hiring on a regular basis
• Maintaining recruitment data and reports (MIS reporting)
• Handling large datasets and ensuring accurate data management
• Managing Excel reports and creating presentations for stakeholders
• Will be on contractual basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Ability to handle data efficiently and maintain reports
