Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary, discuss notice periods, and ensure timely joining.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking database and recruitment reports.
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidate documents.
• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in hiring across multiple functions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
