Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry, and a proven ability to build effective talent pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, professional networks, and headhunting to identify top talent.
• Industry Hiring: Recruit for diverse roles across design, merchandising, production, and corporate functions.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report hiring performance, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Industry knowledge of fashion/apparel talent is highly preferred.
