Role & responsibilities :
- Participate in the recruitment process as per the requirement
- Directly improve the trainee to final joiner count through effective and engaging training.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
