Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong understanding of DIAG (Design, Implement, Analyze, Grow) principles for effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Excellent sourcing skills using multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms.
