Role Summary
The Senior HR Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) domain, focusing on technical, lateral, and leadership hiring across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions. The role requires strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for EMS roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring for manufacturing, production, quality, NPI, R&D, supply chain, and plant operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, and industry networks.
- Evaluate candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and organizational alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with cross-functional panels; ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, manage CTC benchmarking, and ensure closure within approved budgets.
- Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, and attrition impact.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
- Manage recruitment vendors and consultants; evaluate performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche EMS roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable).
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing domain recruitment.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, job portals, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle high-volume and critical hiring under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
Qualifications
- MBA - HR/ MHRM/ MAHRM/ Any releated field
- BBA - HR
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with significant exposure to EMS or manufacturing industries.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in large manufacturing plants or multi-location EMS setups.
- Exposure to international hiring or global EMS clients is an added advantage.
