Human Resource Recruiter

Job Purpose:

To manage the end-to-end recruitment & Operation process for various departments including Sales, Marketing, Site Operations, and Support functions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with department heads to identify current and future manpower requirements.
  
• Prepare and update recruitment trackers for all open positions.
  

2. Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  
• Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  

3. Interview & Selection Process

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
  
• Collect feedback and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
  
• Conduct reference checks and verify background details before final selection.
  

4. Offer & Onboarding Coordination

• Prepare offer letters and ensure documentation completion.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction schedules with the HR operations team.
  

5. Recruitment Reports & Database Management

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment MIS reports.
  
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or MBA in HR or related field.
  
• min 1 - 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
