Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to handle end-to-end recruitment of our business Divisions.

• To update Job description as per the role requirement within defined timeline and requirement on consistently.

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portals, social media platforms within the stipulated time.

• Initiate and coordinate campus recruitment drives for all divisions based on position requirements.

• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications for the required position and initiate screening interview.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule timelines.

• Responsible for documentation process and post recruitment activity which includes - Coordinating insurance coverage, email ID creation, ID card creation, new joiner announcements. Travel to branch offices as required to support recruitment and HR activities.

• Responsible for conducting exit interview and prepare attrition analysis.

• Manage vendor coordination for recruitment and background verification.
