Job Description:

We are hiring a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Agency Sales roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Agency Sales positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Build a strong pipeline of Agency Sales candidates.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of recruitment experience (Agency Sales/BFSI hiring preferred).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

• Tamil
• Telugu
• Malayalam
