Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, and other business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring successful onboarding while achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Inside Sales, and other assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Release offer letters and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO or Inside Sales hiring is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
