Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using the Naukri Portal and other job portals for sourcing candidates across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics and supply chain positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Naukri Portal and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

• Experience hiring for logistics, warehouse, transportation, and corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
