About the Role

OCS Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in mass recruitment and blue-collar hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of workforce across various operational roles while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline workforce positions.
• Handle bulk hiring drives and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, local networks, recruitment agencies, job fairs, social media, and field recruitment activities.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and preliminary assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support workforce mobilization and joining coordination at project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies for frontline workforce.
• Experience in hiring for industrial, manufacturing, facility management, operations, maintenance, or project-based roles will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment portals.
