Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout).
- Post job openings on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 25 years of experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
