Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and employers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support HR operations, documentation, and employee database management.
- Assist in business development and client coordination activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational updates.
- Participate in organizational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA students (Any Specialization) pursuing or recently completed their degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
