Role & responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals and social media
* Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
* Support Bulk Hiring for BPO & Non-IT clients
Preferred candidate profile
* Laptop is Mandatory
* Work From Home (WFH)
* Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Immediate Joiners Preferred
* Good communication in Hindi & English
* Freshers & Final-Year Students Can Apply
* Basic knowledge of Recruitment/HR is a plus
