Human Resource Manager (Oil & Gas)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

• Lead HR operations, organization development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

• Drive talent acquisition for engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, service, and leadership positions.

• Build and strengthen employer branding, campus hiring, and industry talent pipelines.

• Establish and improve HR policies, SOPs, processes, competency frameworks, and governance systems.

• Lead Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Career Progression initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, HR documentation, and audit requirements.

• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, employee records, HR audits, and HRMS/ERP implementation.

• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, conflict resolution, internal communication, and recognition programs.

• Support plant/manufacturing HR, workforce productivity, discipline, shop-floor capability development, and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve organizational

• effectiveness, productivity, culture, and change management.

• Build a high-performance, values-driven, and execution-oriented organizational culture.
