Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professionals to drive strategic people initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, build future talent, and enable organisational transformation. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent and OD programs within a large manufacturing or corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives across the organisation.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within Talent Management and HR.
• Design and execute HiPo (High Potential) identification and development programs.
• Develop and manage skill development centre initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
• Design and implement leadership development programs for current and future leaders.
• Support Total Rewards initiatives with a basic understanding of compensation and rewards frameworks.
• Drive organisation culture transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Embed and strengthen organisational core values through structured interventions and change management.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to implement strategic talent initiatives.
• Track programme effectiveness through appropriate HR metrics and analytics.
